• Perhaps you bought a larger property as an investment, but you just can't let the 300m² of storage space?
• Or are you a property manager with a potential key new client, and your first project is trying to let a fourth basement level?
• Perhaps a commercial tenant has moved out and you have realised that traditional rental models no longer suit this property because trends such as digitalisation have eroded the tenant market.
• Or perhaps you manage a larger portfolio and, especially in these challenging times, need to either sell individual properties or generate rental income again from certain vacancies.

Squarefoot Selfstorage is constantly renting additional space, and we are also interested in buying.
